We are delighted to have become a certified member of Bonsucro, taking another important step towards our commitment to 100% sustainable raw sugar.

From the raw sugarcane through our whole supply chain, we’re on a journey to refine and transform our business to be the most ethical and sustainable cane sugar refiner in the world. As a major buyer of raw sugar we have, for many years, used our influence and worked with partners to improve practices and build capacity in our supply chain to support the most vulnerable to adapt to many sustainability challenges.

We are pleased to confirm that Tate & Lyle Sugars has become a certified member of Bonsucro, the leading global sustainability platform and standard for sugarcane.  Certification schemes such as Bonsucro are an important component of our sustainable sourcing programme, offering confidence that suppliers are meeting robust standards of good practice, and with the chain of custody certification, our customers can also be confident in what they buy from us.

Becoming a Bonsucro certified member is a big step towards our commitment to sustainably source 100% of our raw cane sugar by 2025.
