We are delighted to announce the successful Grantees of the 2024 Lyle’s Local Fund
Running since 2017, the Fund has awarded over £250,000 to over 110 projects that support safe, prosperous and healthy communities in Newham. We are so proud of our Newham roots and the Lyle’s Local Fund exists to support the very special organisations, projects and people who work hard to make our borough a better place to live and work. Each year, we are blown away by the number and variety of incredible funding applications and decided to double the size of the Fund to £50,000 so we can support more organisations who contribute to making our borough the wonderful place it is.
In 2024, we received over 110 applications and were delighted to award grants of up to £5,000 to 12 organisations. Between them, these organisations support some of the most vulnerable people, both young and old, in our community, and represent the breadth of the brilliant work that is being done across Newham.
We’re looking forward to visiting and hearing more about the progress of the projects as they get under way this year.
