Celebrating Living Wage Week 2022

We were delighted to sit on a panel of employers and interns at the Living Wage event organised by Newham Council and the Living Wage Foundation to celebrate Living Wage Week 2022.

Claire Crill, Head of Corporate Affairs at Tate & Lyle Sugars, shared our experience of being an Accredited Living Wage Employer, the benefits it has brought those impacted by the wage increase and also the benefit it brings our wider workforce, and why we support the Royal Docks becoming a Living Wage Place.

Natalia Zolkowska, Corporate Affairs Assistant, shared her experience as an intern at Tate & Lyle Sugars via the Royal Docks Internship Scheme.
